How to Connect Connecting via The Cloud couldn't be easier. Simply go to your nearest or preferred The Cloud hotspot (check our locator tool to find the one closest to you Click Here) and follow the instructions below. Make sure that your computer's wireless connection is turned on Click on the wireless icon from your computer's toolbar or select Network Connections in your Control Panel Select "View available wireless networks" Select "mycloud" from the available wireless networks and "Connect" Open your internet browser (The Cloud's Landing Page will appear)
Connecting via my Service Provider On The Cloud's Landing Page select your service provider (if you already have a WiFi service contract) This window will then default to your service provider's usual login page and you proceed as you normally would Please note The Cloud only supports services from companies connected to The Cloud. Please check here to see which service providers we support. Connecting via Pre-Paid Voucher If you have a voucher either provided to you by the venue or via an ITBOX games machine On The Cloud's Landing Page select "Login" Enter your username and password details Once approved, you will be able to surf the Net via your open Internet browser Connecting Via PayGo service If you require login details you can buy airtime via credit card or via SMS with your mobile phone On The Cloud’s Landing Page select "Buy Airtime" Follow the step-by-step guide on the screens that follow.
