Services

Like InfoQuest Systems Ltd, Pro-Net was formed in 1995 and as such is one of the oldest established ISP's in the UK. Also like InfoQuest Systems Ltd, Pro-Net is a private company.
A decision to remain independent was taken at a very early stage. This attitude is still benefiting our customers today. Many smaller ISP's and start-up .com companies took advantage of the huge sums of money available to the industry over the past few years. Many of these companies are now in liquidation or have radically changed business models to combat the fact that shareholders no longer wanted to throw money into a black hole. In many cases the ultimate losers were the clients of these companies.

We believe that in order to provide a flexible and helpful service to our customers, we had to remain both small and independent. Not withstanding this, we needed to be able to provide an extensive infrastructure to cope with Internet demand for the foreseeable future.

Between our two companies we have what we believe to be one of the most solid and technically advanced networks in the UK whilst remaining true to our initial business model.
